• One or more years of experience in an analytical role.
• Experience with customer service, computer software, online applications, office equipment, and filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serves as single point of contact for Planning; manages inboxes, logs, SharePoint, Teams, calls, and project tracker entries.
• Facilitates cross‑functional communication; supports intake for new customer requests and assigns service requests.
• Coordinates DocuSign routes, approvals, status tracking, and follow-up notifications.
• Reviews submittals for completeness; assigns resources; pulls SAP data, maps, and system details.
• Creates and processes service requests and planner files from PIF/scope pages; preserves chain-of-custody.
• Uploads finalized documents and ensures SharePoint archiving.
• Splits, packages, schedules, and validates work orders for construction, inspection, and rotation planning.
• Creates and routes bills, invoices, and contract packages; manages service orders; tracks inspections.
• Generates weekly, bi-weekly, and ad-hoc reports; validates data quality and resolves exceptions.
• Supports office logistics, supply ordering, business cards, hotel bookings, vehicle assignments, IT requests, and maintenance.
• Protects assets and handles private data with high standards of conduct and integrity.
