Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a skilled dispatcher/route planner to develop and optimize monthly, weekly, and daily route plans for branches in the region. You will analyze plan efficiency and coordinate with scheduling teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, routing software experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining data accuracy and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with dispatcher duties including planning and scheduling is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly, weekly, and daily route plans for assigned branches.
• QA, implement, and adjust route plans across the region.
• Coordinate with Planning Specialists and Branches to ensure timely task execution.
• Ensure territory updates are accurate and align with financial plans.
• Plan special services and support new branch openings or moves.

Supports branches through analysis of plan efficiency, resource availability, and territory plan optimization.
