Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to optimize daily and weekly route plans for assigned branches.

You will analyze plans, resources, and territory data, maintaining geographic codes and customer records while reporting metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers. The role requires advanced routing software knowledge, strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

They will perform data analysis of plans, resource availability and territory. This role will also maintain geographic codes, addresses and customer information and Report metrics on a daily basis to Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers/Technicians.Key Performance Indicators:Work Orders scheduled per day/month30 and 60 day completion ratePlanned Miles between Work OrderPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
