X-energy LLC is hiring a Planning & Scheduling Lead to monitor and optimize project schedules, providing technical direction to planning teams and ensuring schedule fidelity across programs.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive scheduling experience, and the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams, with location in Rockville, MD and a 5-day-per-week in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering, science, or related discipline.
• Typically eight years of project controls and scheduling experience.
• Experience using Primavera P6 for schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling processes and tooling within the project controls team.
• Provide guidance to planning resources for timely execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with SMEs to establish best practices across the organization.
