Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Lead to drive project schedule development, control and forecasting on complex oil and gas projects in Texas. You will assess contractor schedules, ensure alignment with WBS and Project Plan, and lead integrated Level 1 and 2 schedules.

You will mentor scheduling engineers, oversee baselines and change impacts, and provide timely forecasts and recovery plans to support management decisions throughout execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, engineering technology, or construction management.
• Oil and gas project controls experience preferred.
• Experience supervising scheduling teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule development, control and progress measurement.
• Endorse baselines and forecasts from Contractor.
• Provide guidance on schedule issues and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Project Team on progress measurement and forecasting.
• Ensure subcontractor schedules align with project requirements.
