Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Senior Planning and Scheduling Engineer to lead the migration of work from global facilities into India. You will own the project schedule and measurement system, building a resource loaded schedule in MS Project or Primavera and tracking it against the baseline across multiple workstreams.

The role requires strong scheduling discipline, the ability to forecast impacts, and communication skills to distill complex data for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls with scheduling focus.
• Experience building resource loaded schedules in MS Project or Primavera.
• Willing to work onsite full time and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a resource loaded schedule in MS Project or Primavera covering all migration workstreams.
• Develop, monitor, control, and integrate the overall project schedule and progress measurement system.
• Identify deviations from the planning basis and forecast their impact on schedule and capital efficiency.
• Provide clear insights on schedule issues, trends, and potential solutions to management.
