Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Planning/Program role in Albuquerque, NM to oversee inbound assembly reviews, RO/WOs, and ERP-driven workflow. You'll manage documents, data in Pentagon, and coordinate packaging and production readiness for complex maintenance projects.

The position requires strong Excel and ERP experience, a background in aviation maintenance, and the ability to forecast manpower and materials. Excellent organizational skills and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of previous work experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Five (5) years of prior experience with ERP systems, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Preferred: A&P license
• High school diploma or an equivalent
• Proficient in the English language; writing, reading and speaking
• Must Successfully complete a comprehensive background check

Responsibilities

• Review all inbound assembly levels for accuracy and completeness
• Review Repair Order (RO) to ensure clarity in customer’s instructions
• Issue Work Orders (WO) according to customer’s Repair Order (RO) Instructions
• Scan, manage and maintain technical and trace documents in database
• Issue all pertinent “Initial” documentation to induct work
• Configure new data into the computerized maintenance system, Pentagon
• Verify accuracy and completeness of computer output reports against data input of maintenance documents processed daily
• Effectively coordinate all aspects of the Planning Department in package preparation to ensure all phases of package development are completed efficiently, timely, and accurately.
• Supervise the preparation of work packages to go to production
• Create billing group matrix for cost accounting to support customer and company billing requirements.
• Enter individual work cards into ERP System with job description, estimated man-hour requirements by skill and any customer card references as necessary.
• Produce Company paperwork with bar codes or attach bar code labels to customer paperwork for labor and material tracking.
• Research all technical reference data needed to accomplish work cards and attach to work deck where applicable.
• Develop aircraft flow charts listing timeline of milestones to be completed by day for each check and above project and provide a master flowchart to support the plan.
• Update chart weekly on production floor for completed and rescheduled tasks, additional milestone (major discrepancies), departure date, etc., as input is provided by aircraft maintenance management personnel.
• Provide aircraft post-departure analytical report as required to show each projects performance criteria.
• Assist management in forecasting all manpower, facility, tooling, and material requirements using customer provided work scopes.
• Schedule pre-induction meetings for all Maintenance and other support staff as necessary to provide an overview of each project's work scope.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
