Job summary

Yondr Group in Dallas is seeking an experienced Planning Lead to coordinate planning across our rapidly expanding data centre portfolio. You will develop integrated master schedules, perform risk and recovery analyses, and work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure schedules align with project objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in planning, scheduling or project controls in fast-paced construction.
• Strong client-side planning experience, ideally for owner/developer on major projects.
• Experience reviewing GC programs for logic, sequencing and recovery plans.
• Experience on large-scale mission-critical data centre or similar complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Provide schedule assurance by testing assumptions and identifying gaps or unrealistic forecasts.
• Monitor progress against baselines, highlight variances and potential impacts to milestones.
• Lead critical path, float, look-ahead and scenario analyses for decision making.
• Prepare executive-level schedule reports and risk summaries.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to maintain program performance.
