Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer for infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role leads planning, scheduling, progress control, and time-related claims to support major infrastructure delivery.

You will review baselines, develop integrated master schedules, analyze progress, and support delay analyses. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI is desired, with strong communication and coordination skills across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and claims on infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces, and coordination requirements.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6.

Responsabilidades

• Review baselines and updated programmes; support engineer’s consent according to contract.
• Validate scheduling feasibility and develop integrated master schedules across packages.
• Analyze progress to identify delays and critical events; recommend mitigations.
• Perform what-if analyses and schedule impact assessments for changes.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and milestone presentations.
• Support delay/claims assessments using time impact methods.
• Coordinate planning with contractors; attend meetings and maintain records.
• Agree PMS and KPIs for monitoring schedule performance.
