This role works across multiple organizations to develop migration plans, manage dependencies, identify risks, and support customer commitments while balancing operational and business priorities.Location and ScheduleThe position is a fully remote role available from anywhere in the US, with a typical Monday-through-Friday, 8:00-to-5:00 schedule.The Main ResponsibilitiesMigration Planning & ExecutionDevelop and maintain migration plans, schedules, and roadmaps.Support route prioritization and execution activities.Identify dependencies, constraints, and readiness requirements.Coordinate activities supporting network migration delivery.Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner with Planning, Engineering, Construction, Implementation, Operations, vendors, and customer-facing teams.Facilitate issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.Participate in program reviews and governance activities.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify, track, and mitigate risks to migration schedules and customer commitments.Support resolution of planning, implementation, capacity, and operational issues.Escalate critical concerns and recommend corrective actions.Customer & Stakeholder EngagementCommunicate migration plans, schedules, risks, and requirements.Support customer meetings, planning reviews, and issue resolution efforts.Support occasional overnight customer migrations.Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Reporting & Program SupportMaintain migration trackers, metrics, and status reporting.Provide schedule forecasts, risk assessments, and program updates.Support executive reporting and continuous process improvement initiatives.What We Look For in a CandidateExperience supporting telecommunications, network migration, infrastructure, or transformation programs.Knowledge of network planning, implementation, and operations.Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in complex environments.Customer-facing experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.Knowledge of project management, reporting tools, and performance metrics.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Custom Networks Transport and Dark Fiber migration programs.Experience supporting large-scale customer migration initiatives.CompensationThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
