Qualifications

• Associate degree with 10+ years of supply chain or operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of supply chain or operations experience
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of supply chain or operations experience
• JD/PhD in with 3+ years of supply chain or operations experience
• 12+ years of supply chain or operations experience in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Leads category Planning & Control and sets functional expectations for managers
• Coaches Planning & Control Managers across suppliers and teams
• Owns category external-supply inputs to SIOP and S&OE
• Leads category rate-readiness assessment—integrates capacity, materials and lead times
• Creates category risk, recovery and trade-off view
• Arranges planning insight in supplier reviews while CD&O retains accountability
• Integrates cross-functional priorities with Procurement, CD&O, Engineering and Finance
• Drives adoption of digital planning tools and analytics
