Qualifications

• Use of software programs such as GIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and technical assistance on Federal and State programs.
• Discuss plans with municipalities, authorities, councils of government, business owners, developers, and non-profit organizations to determine financing options.
• Supervise junior planning staff.
• Monitor and evaluate projects for compliance with Federal Regulations.
• Prepare periodic status reports for clients.
• Provide grantmanship to clients for Federal and State programs.
• Prepare feasibility studies and market analyses.
• Prepare affordable housing studies.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
