Job summary

DPR Construction leads the development and optimization of complex project schedules across multiple programs, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to align planning with enterprise priorities and long-range resources.

They integrate visual planning methodologies, model-based workflows, and SIP processes to improve workflow reliability, schedule predictability, and drive continuous improvement in project planning and scheduling at the organizational level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 6-8 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or a related field required.
• PMP or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops & maintains comprehensive project schedules and visual planning strategies for complex, multi-phase, or enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational objectives.
• Collaborates with project teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to resolve highly complex scheduling challenges and optimize enterprise resource allocation.
• Analyzes and synthesizes project data and performance indicators to forecast systemic risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and drive strategic decision-making.
• Communicates schedule status, critical path updates, and potential impacts to executive leadership and key stakeholders with authority and strategic insight.
• Leads post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
