Acushnet Company seeks a Senior Planner, Demand Planning & Procurement in the United States to drive forecasting, inventory planning, and procurement for Footwear. You will partner with Sales, Product Line Management, and factory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

The Senior Planner, Demand Planning & Procurement is responsible for driving demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, and product availability for the Footwear business. Partnering closely with Sales, Product Line Management, factory teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role develops and manages demand plans, analyzes inventory and supply requirements, issues and tracks purchase orders, and ensures timely delivery of products. The position plays a critical role in maintaining forecast accuracy, achieving inventory availability targets, identifying and mitigating supply risks, and supporting special product launches, collaborations, and seasonal initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic planning environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field required; APICS/CPIM certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain planning within a global consumer products environment. Strong expertise in MRP/ERP systems, supply planning processes, and inventory management principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using SAP, Cognos Report Studio, and Power BI. Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable planning and purchasing decisions. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in forecasting, reporting, purchase order management, and item setup. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with the ability to proactively address inventory, availability, and supply chain challenges. Effective communicator and collaborative partner, able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Planning, and global factory teams. Customer-focused mindset with flexibility to support international operations. This role may require occasional domestic travel. The position may also require participation in evening meetings via Microsoft Teams with factory associates in other time zones.

Pay Range: $83,849.00-$104,550.00
