Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive personal injury paralegal experience.
• Significant plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Independently manage a personal injury caseload.
• Experience supporting cases through pre-litigation and litigation.
• Strong knowledge of medical records, bills, liens, insurance claims, and settlements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial personal injury caseload with limited supervision.
• Support motor vehicle accident and other personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates.
• Review medical records, bills, treatment documentation, and lien information.
• Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, medical providers, and other parties.
• Draft/draft and assist with demand packages, pleadings, discovery, and related documents.
• Track deadlines, progress, and documentation; support discovery and case prep.
• Prepare materials for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
