Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals' client in Western CT is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join a busy team on-site. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of paralegal experience in personal injury litigation and will support attorneys with case management, discovery, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities include drafting documents, coordinating subpoenas, managing deadlines, performing research, and maintaining organized files.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience required.
• Personal injury litigation experience required.
• Experience with legal case management software preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook; Teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and other case-related materials.
• Assist attorneys with personal injury litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate service and delivery of subpoenas and other legal documents.
• Manage daily case activity and deadlines.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case preparation and proceedings.
• Maintain accurate, organized case files and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties as needed.
• Utilize legal case management software to maintain and update case information.
