Job summary

Jobot, a Fort Lauderdale litigation firm, seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through the full litigation process, including discovery, depositions, mediations and trial preparation. This is a full-time, in-office role in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Requirements include at least 5 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of Florida court procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong understanding of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience supporting cases through discovery, depositions, and trial prep.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize personal injury files from inception through resolution and trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations and other litigation events.
• Maintain calendars and monitor deadlines.
• E-file court documents and ensure accurate case files.
