The role focuses on e-filing, calendar management, and meticulous trial preparation, working closely with trial paralegals, attorneys, and staff. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in litigation support, MS Word mastery, and an ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years as a litigation legal secretary.
• Proficiency in e-filing in state and federal courts and calendaring deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage busy calendars, travel, meetings and events.
• E-file in state and federal courts and docket deadlines.
• Prepare and revise documents, correspondences, and hearing notebooks.
• Schedule depositions and assist in trial preparation.
• Provide support to attorneys and other secretaries to meet firm goals.
