Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber team is seeking a PlainID professional to help clients navigate complex access control challenges. You will configure and integrate the PlainID Authorization Platform, model policies, and work with identity providers and data platforms to enable secure, scalable access.

You will lead PBAC initiatives, drive governance, mentor the team, and deliver documentation and runbooks while engaging with architects and stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in PlainID and access management.
• 3+ years with PBAC and enterprise mappings.
• 3+ years integrating complex connectors for PIP integration.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, GDPR, ISO compliance.
• Experience with identity providers and OAuth/OpenID/SAML/JWT.
• Familiar with policy-as-code and Rego-like languages.
• Experience with API gateways and microservices architectures.
• CAB/change governance ownership and release management.
• Advanced troubleshooting of PlainID integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement the PlainID platform in client environments.
• Lead technical discussions with Enterprise architects and IAM stakeholders.
• Lead a PBAC team for successful delivery.
• Design fine-grained ABAC policies translating business rules to controls.
• Integrate PlainID with Okta, Entra ID, Ping, ForgeRock, gateways, and data platforms.
• Manage policy lifecycle: authoring, testing, versioning, deployment.
• Run requirements sessions to map current-state access patterns.
• Troubleshoot conflicts and authorization errors across stacks.
• Lead testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Produce technical docs: policy catalogs, diagrams, runbooks.
• Coordinate with engagement leads to surface risks early.
• Stay current on PlainID roadmap, including AI agent capabilities.
• Establish runbooks and SOPs for repeatable support operations.
• Lead stakeholder conversations to resolve defects and dependencies.
