Job summary

The role focuses on policy lifecycle, collaboration with architects and engagement leads, and delivering secure, auditable access controls across client environments, with travel up to 50% and strong preference for Big 4 consulting experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity or IAM with PlainID and access management.
• 3+ years in PBAC and enterprise use cases.
• Experience with complex integrations and connectors for PIP integration.
• Compliance with SOX, GDPR, ISO standards is required.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement the PlainID platform in client environments.
• Lead technical discussions with Enterprise architects and IAM stakeholders.
• Lead a PBAC team for delivery.
• Design ABAC/PBAC policies with fine-grained access controls.
• Integrate PlainID with IdPs (Okta, Entra ID, Ping, ForgeRock) and gateways.
• Support policy lifecycle: authoring, testing, versioning, deployment.
• Run requirement sessions to document current-state access patterns.
• Troubleshoot conflicts and integration issues across stacks.
• Lead testing, validation, and go-live activities with audits.
• Produce documentation like catalogs, diagrams, runbooks.
• Collaborate with engagement leads to keep delivery on track.
