Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a seasoned PlainID IAM specialist to lead policy design and integration work for client environments. You will model PBAC/ABAC policies, collaborate with enterprise architects, and guide a delivery team through integration with identity providers, API gateways, and data platforms to ensure secure access control.

You will oversee policy lifecycle, troubleshoot integration issues, and produce clear documentation for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in total experience with PlainID and access management.
• 3+ years in PBAC/ABAC and mapping to enterprise use cases.
• 3+ years with complex integrations/connectors for IAM.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, GDPR, ISO standards.
• Experience with identity providers and standard protocols.
• Comfort with policy-as-code and rules-based languages.
• Experience with API gateways and microservices architectures.
• Ownership of CAB/change governance and release management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement the PlainID platform in client environments.
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise architects and IAM stakeholders.
• Lead a PBAC team for delivery and run go-live activities.
• Design fine-grained ABAC policies translating business rules to controls.
• Integrate PlainID with Okta, Entra ID, Ping, ForgeRock, and data platforms.
• Support policy lifecycle: authoring, testing, versioning and deployment.
• Document policy catalogs, integration diagrams and runbooks.
