Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5 years of systems development in distributed/multi-threaded applications.
• Experience with PKI-based secure messaging.
• Familiarity with OpenShift and Linux.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, install and support PKI and real-time messaging systems.
• Provide cost/benefit analyses for proposals with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and propose standard solutions.
• Analyze system factors, including input/output, hardware/software requirements.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate schedules/costs for small teams.
• Prepare system documentation and operating procedures.
