Job summary

ClinChoice is seeking a Principal Pharmacokinetics Scientist for a permanent remote role in the United States. The candidate will design, execute, and analyze PK/PD studies across diverse client portfolios, leading protocol development and modeling efforts with senior leadership.

The role requires deep PK/PD theory, leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with internal teams and clients to deliver regulatory-ready results.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with substantial clinical pharmacology/PK/PD modeling experience.
• Experience leading concept and protocol design for PK/PD focused studies.
• Ability to present complex data to scientific and non-scientific audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead study concept and protocol design, author development plans and modeling/simulation plans.
• Perform PK/PD and related analyses to support trials and regulatory filings.
• Provide technical PK/PD expertise across standard software tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and deliver high-quality results.
• Prepare comprehensive PK/PD analysis reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in clinical pharmacology activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Mentor junior pharmacologists and promote best practices.
• Stay current with advances in clinical pharmacology to improve outcomes.
