Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp is seeking a Senior Policy & Support Specialist to support development, analysis, and advocacy of positions within the PJM stakeholder process and at state and federal regulatory agencies. You will craft supporting analytics, messaging materials, and talking points for internal stakeholders, and contribute to comments and discussions with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum 7 years relevant work experience with a bachelor degree.
• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience without a degree.
• Experience in energy market or regulatory roles (RTO/ISO, utilities) and analytics.
• Preferred experience with wholesale markets (PJM) and policy advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in PJM committees and track stakeholder proposals.
• Coordinate internal alignment on PJM issue positions with regulatory, legal and operations teams.
• Model analytics to support policy positions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on PJM market rules and governance.
• Support regulatory filings and advocacy efforts.
