Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Piping/Plumbing Project Engineer to lead design of advanced piping and plumbing systems for healthcare, research, and higher education facilities.

You will manage client relationships and coordinate with discipline teams to deliver energy-efficient building solutions. The role requires a PE license, 15+ years of relevant design experience, and proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• BSME/BSAE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience).
• 15+ years of experience designing piping/plumbing systems for research, Healthcare or Higher Education facilities.
• Professional engineering registration required.
• Proficiency in engineering design programs: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and project partners; oversee the design process within the discipline.
• Develop innovative and unique design solutions aligned with project and client needs; lead the team to implement solutions.
