You will lead design efforts and mentor the discipline team to deliver energy-efficient building solutions. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, coordinate with clients and partners, and drive innovative solutions that reduce energy use and environmental impact.

Qualifications

• BSME/BSAE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience).
• 10+ years of experience designing piping/plumbing systems for research, Healthcare or Higher Education facilities.
• Professional engineering registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engineering design process on assigned projects within a discipline; develop innovative solutions aligned with project and client needs.
• Lead the discipline team in implementing the solutions and coordinating across interfaces.
• Support delivery from concept through construction to achieve client outcomes.
