Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) seeks a Piping/Plumbing Project Engineer to join our Madison office. You will lead mechanical design on advanced facilities, delivering energy-efficient systems and reliable building services for research, healthcare, and higher education projects.

The role requires 10+ years of piping/plumbing experience, proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and a PE preferred. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, mentor junior engineers, and help AEI maintain its

Qualifications

• BSME/BSAE or equivalent with applicable experience.
• 10+ years designing piping/plumbing systems for research, healthcare or higher education facilities.
• Professional engineering registration preferred.
• Proficiency in engineering design programs (Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks).

Responsibilities

• Lead the piping/plumbing design on assigned projects.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions aligned with client needs.
• Mentor discipline team and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
