Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) invites a seasoned Piping/Plumbing Project Engineer to join our Portland office. You will lead design execution, drive innovative piping solutions, and supervise the discipline team to meet project goals.

Expect collaboration with healthcare, education, and science facilities on energy-efficient systems. We seek a professional with a BS in Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and PE registration preferred.

Qualifications

• BSME/BSAE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience).
• Professional engineering registration preferred.
• 10+ years of experience designing piping/plumbing systems for research, healthcare or higher education facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design process on assigned piping/plumbing projects.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions aligned with client needs and project partners.
• Guide the discipline team to implement solutions and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to meet project milestones.
