TRC is seeking a full-time Pipeline Regulatory Consultant to join our Pipeline Regulatory Services team. The successful candidate will interact with clients and lead or assist with a wide variety of regulatory services.

The ideal candidate must have strong pipeline regulatory knowledge with substantial experience in both Federal and State regulatory matters. A competitive compensation and benefits package, including a 401k plan with company match, is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong pipeline regulatory knowledge and application.
• Experience with gas and hazardous liquids pipelines.
• Significant experience in the pipeline safety arena.
• Knowledge/experience in federal and state regulatory matters.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel; short-notice requests possible.
• Infrequent field work with weather exposure.
• Must reside within reasonable distance from a commercial airport.
• State or Federal inspector experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct jurisdictional analysis for gas and hazardous liquids pipeline assets.
• Pre-audit evaluation and support.
• Representation during PHMSA and state audits.
• Develop compliant, cost-effective programs.
• Evaluate existing programs for completeness and compliance.
• Develop guidance for new regulatory requirements.
• Lead engagement in major regulatory initiatives.
• Develop comments to regulatory agencies for clients.
• Deliver pipeline safety related training.
• Assist in proposal development.
• Grow consulting services clientele.
