Job summary

JP Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for Separation/Filtration Pigging Services to lead pipeline pigging projects from planning through execution.

This office-based role requires coordinating with field teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure safe, on-time delivery and accurate cost tracking. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in pigging, cleaning, testing, and flaring, plus proven estimating and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in pipeline pigging, mechanical/chemical cleaning, filtration/separation systems, hydrostatic testing, and flaring.
• Proven experience managing and estimating pipeline integrity projects.
• Strong understanding of pigging tools, separation/filtration equipment, hydrostatic testing, chemical cleaning, and flaring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and pipeline schematics.
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, cost tracking, accruals, and resource coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project), NetSuite (or other ERPs), and relevant industry tools.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screens and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pipeline pigging projects, including online pigging, separation/filtration, flaring, and offline cleaning activities.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate equipment, personnel, subcontractors, and materials to ensure safe and timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Provide technical support to estimating team and assist with scope reviews, risk identification, and cost modeling.
• Prepare complete proposals for clients with minimal oversight.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates and reporting.
