Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a Pipeline Operator to provide operational, technical and mechanical support for facility equipment, with emphasis on pigging operations and maintenance of LACT units. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, installation and repair within an assigned area, and requires strong leadership in the field.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, adhering to safety policies, and producing timely field reports.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
3–5 years oilfield experience with pigging and launcher/receiver configuration.
60–80% travel to asset locations.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Intermediate PC skills: Pipeline Apps, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word.
Associate’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
Background check, UA drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide communication, teamwork, safety and environmental focus; adhere to policies.
Self-motivated, safety-driven with strong leadership.
Plan, organize and prioritize assigned responsibilities.
Be available on-call for emergencies.
Read and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams and schematics.
Lead contract crews in the field.
Follow procedures and safety/environmental policies.
Solve problems with engineering staff; troubleshoot field issues.
Generate field reports for timely analysis.
Participate in safety and team operations meetings.
