Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Post-secondary education or technical certification (1–4 years) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in pipeline mapping/design.
• Minimum of 6 years using CAD tools in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the preparation of various mapping drawings and documentation.
• Create, review, and validate drawings and base files for: Alignment Sheets, Property Plats, Permit Drawings, HDD Plans, Typical Details, Vicinity Maps, Environmental and Erosion Control Plans, FERC Submittals, Mechanical Drawings.
• Assemble and deliver complete drawing packages to clients and contractors.
• Plot and integrate property deeds; process survey and field-collected data.
• Utilize CAD and alignment sheet generation software to produce accurate drawings.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings; represent the mapping team in multi-disciplinary discussions.
• Conduct field visits as necessary to support project delivery and resolve discrepancies.
