Job summary

Williams Companies, Inc. seeks a Sr./Staff Engineer to analyze pipeline risk, develop integrity risk models, and transform data for risk management platforms.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to improve pipeline integrity and safety across the asset base. Responsibilities include leading complex projects, creating technical standards, and delivering presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field or Engineering Technology with PE license; 8+ years in natural gas or petrochemical engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree with PE preferred and 7+ years of progressive experience for Senior Engineer; Staff requires 15+ years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Performs sophisticated technical tasks and leads teams in projects of major scope and complexity.
• Participates in the development and implementation of technical standards and specifications.
• Interprets technological aspects of business and coordinates with leaders to ensure success.
• Prepares and delivers presentations.
• Applies expertise from projects to positively impact earnings.
• Collaborates to ensure compliance and training needs.
• Handles resources requirements for projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
