Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP in Houston, TX, seeks a Manager of Integrity Services to lead the Asset Integrity organization. You will supervise Pipeline Safety, Welding, Records, and GIS teams, ensuring regulatory adherence and robust integrity programs across pipelines and facilities.

Key duties include MAOP confirmation, ECAs, AML oversight, ILI analytics, and incident investigations. Strong collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Supply Chain is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pipeline integrity, pipeline safety, or engineering roles in natural gas or hazardous liquid pipelines.
• Experience leading or mentoring supervisors or multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of PHMSA/State audits, regulatory reporting, and integrity management.
• Experience with MAOP/MOP reconfirmation, uprates, and repair method selection.
• Proficiency with ILI technologies, anomaly assessment, and RCA processes.
• Experience collaborating across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, GIS, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to supervisors for Pipeline Safety, Materials & Welding, Engineering Records, and GIS.
• Lead pressure testing calculations and MAOP/MOP confirmation activities per 49 CFR Parts 192/195.
• Develop and oversee ECAs supporting MAOP reconfirmation and safety decisions.
• Support AML evaluations, material governance, and supplier qualification.
• Oversee ILI anomaly assessments, remaining strength calculations, and repair prioritization.
• Coordinate RCAs and regulatory responses with PHMSA and state agencies.
• Support brownfield/greenfield projects with design reviews and regulatory adherence.
