Job summary

Insight Global in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10+ integrity capital projects ($100K-$5MM) across midstream assets. You will drive projects from concept through execution, ensuring safe, compliant operation of pipelines, terminals, and facilities.

Candidates should have 5+ years in pipeline/mechanical integrity project management, strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and SAP/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in integrity, mechanical/pipeline integrity capital projects.
• 5+ years of ILI and Anomaly dig experience.
• Proficient in leading teams, scoping, scheduling, financial forecasting, and documentation control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, budgets, schedules, funding requests, and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, integrity, maintenance, and contractors.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, vendor management, and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project performance, budgets, schedules, risks, and closeout documentation.
• Support PMO continuous improvement initiatives and liaise with contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
