Job summary

Mott MacDonald in North America is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary consulting and engineering services for major pipeline and facilities projects. You will serve as the primary interface between clients and delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes and expanding trusted relationships.

The role covers route planning, permitting, FEED, detailed design, construction support, and project controls, with accountability for scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years managing multidisciplinary consulting, engineering, and project delivery for pipeline infrastructure.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional Engineering license and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex pipeline and facilities projects across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Ensure safety, profitability, and contractual compliance.
• Develop client relationships and expand service offerings.
• Mentor project managers and foster safety and excellence.
