Job summary

Integrity Kokosing Pipeline Services LLC (IKPS) in Ohio is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop accurate, detailed, and competitive cost estimates for pipeline maintenance, rehabilitation, and integrity management projects. The Senior Estimator will lead the estimating process and coordinate with project teams, with regular on-site presence at Fredericktown, OH.

Travel is required within the project region, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 3–5 years estimating experience for pipeline or heavy civil projects.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid estimating software preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total estimating effort for bids or projects.
• Review specifications and drawings to define scope of work.
• Prepare bid schedules in Oracle Primavera (P6).
• Enter bid items, crew, rates, and materials for estimates.
• Lead bid reviews with operations and management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks in estimates.
