Job summary
Integrity Kokosing Pipeline Services (IKPS) seeks a Senior Estimator to develop detailed, competitive cost estimates for pipeline maintenance, rehabilitation, and integrity management projects. The role involves leading the estimating process, reviewing specs and drawings, and coordinating with project teams to ensure bids meet client requirements.
Regular travel within the regional territory is anticipated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
- 3–5 years estimating experience for Pipeline or Facility projects or heavy civil projects.
- Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software preferred.
- Experience with Autodesk and Workday preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate total estimating effort for bids and projects.
- Review specs, drawings, and proposals to determine scope.
- Prepare bid schedules in Primavera P6.
- Enter bid items, crews, rates, and materials into estimates in HCSS.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to resolve issues.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks during estimating.
- Lead internal estimating reviews and risk assessment meetings.
- Prepare handoff materials to Operations for project build.
- Monitor client changes and update estimates as needed.
