Job summary

Integrity Kokosing Pipeline Services LLC (IKPS) is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop accurate, detailed, and competitive cost estimates for pipeline maintenance, rehabilitation, and integrity management projects. Based in Fredericktown, OH, regular on-site presence is required with travel across the region.

The role leads or coordinates all estimating activities, reviews specifications, and collaborates with project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 3–5 years estimating experience for pipeline or heavy civil projects.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid, Autodesk and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total estimating effort for bids and projects.
• Review specs and drawings to determine scope of work.
• Prepare bid schedules in Oracle Primavera (P6).
• Enter bid items, crew and production rates into estimates in HCSS.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on estimates.
• Support project planning and management through estimating.
