Job summary

WeAreONEOK is seeking a compliance-focused professional to oversee regulatory aspects of interstate and intrastate pipeline transportation. The role emphasizes subject matter expertise, training delivery, and alignment with federal and state regulations.

You will lead audits, manage records, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure MAOP/MOP compliance and efficient regulatory reporting. A engineering background supports interpretation of complex pipeline standards.

Qualifications

• Experience and thorough knowledge of industry standards and governmental regulations related to natural gas liquids, gas gathering and processing and gas transmission and storage.
• Experience, knowledge and/or training related to pipeline operational standards and leading regulatory inspections.
• Experience in use and function of office tools including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Update and develop training materials and provide training to operations team members on compliance oversight, regulatory requirements and recordkeeping.
• Ensure employee and contractor training is verified and complete.
• Provide subject matter expertise in interpreting regulations for operations, maintenance, and emergency response process and procedure documents related to compliance with federal and state pipeline safety regulations.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure consistency and compliance with state and/or federal regulations; collaborate with other work groups as needed.
• Coordinate with various departments, contractors and auditors to ensure pressure testing requirements are met (MAOP and MOP) and participate in regulatory compliance reporting.
