Job summary

STARCON International, Inc. is seeking a Pipe Foreman to lead field execution on petrochemical projects. You will supervise pipe fitting, rigging, millwright work, and allied crafts, ensuring safe, efficient work to meet site objectives.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, daily progress updates, crew coaching, performance evaluations, and coordination of materials, tools, and scaffolding. Five years in the industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
• Ability to set expectations, coach/counsel team members and conduct performance appraisals.
• Basic industrial maintenance knowledge required.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic field administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance of all types of process equipment, pipe, structural steel and machinery.
• Direct activities of team members skilled in millwright work, rigging, instrumentation, boiler making, welding and pipe fitting.
• Conduct effective safety programs and lead site and crew safety meetings.
• Provide daily updates and manpower forecasts to the supervisor; maintain a daily project log.
