Job summary

Systemone is seeking a Senior PingDirectory Engineer to support enterprise SSO directory services within a large-scale financial services environment. This role emphasizes PingDirectory upgrades, operational support, security updates, and custom directory solutions in an AWS-based setup.

The Senior PingDirectory Engineer will maintain availability, performance, and security of directory services supporting high-volume authentication workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PingDirectory installations, configurations, upgrades, and support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and support PingDirectory in AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot complex directory issues and optimize LDAP searches for high-volume authentication workloads.
• Migrate LDIF exports/imports, perform synchronization, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Secure directory services with TLS/SSL, certificates, password policies, and access controls.
• Integrate directory services with IAM and authentication platforms; automate tasks via scripting.
• Operate PingDirectory using Kubernetes, Docker, or other cloud/container platforms; monitor and maintain service reliability.
