Job summary

Allstate is seeking an experienced Senior Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) Engineer to lead IAM design, implementation, and governance. You will own authentication and authorization workflows, interface with security teams, and drive secure identity services across enterprise environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Ping AIC/Forg eRock, MFA, passwordless, and integration across cloud and on‑prem systems. Remote/hybrid work is supported with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

7+ years in IAM.
5+ years with Ping AIC or ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
Experience with MFA and passwordless auth.
Knowledge of identity federation & authentication standards.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, Groovy.
Experience integrating cloud/on‑prem IAM.
Strong troubleshooting & root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, implement, and support Ping AIC IAM solutions for workforce, customer, and partner identities.
Develop authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management workflows.
Integrate apps using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and REST APIs.
Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
Mentor junior IAM engineers and maintain operations procedures.
Support production environments, incidents, and platform optimization.
