Job summary

Inriver is seeking a Senior- or Lead-level Solutions Architect to own end-to-end PIM design for enterprise clients, guiding data models, governance, and integrations. You’ll hand de-risked scope to the pod’s ICs and remain the primary technical escalation point through delivery.

You’ll engage in discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops across the customer journey, shaping strategy with the Director of Client Solutions and ensuring successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Commercial acumen and ability to navigate stakeholders across sales and delivery.
• Solution architecture experience in SaaS, ideally PIM, commerce, DAM or MDM.
• Real technical proficiency with development concepts and API/integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PIM solution design at enterprise scale, including data models and governance.
• Hand over scope to Implementation Consultants and remain the first technical escalation point.
• Own technical calls on build, design, and scope questions post-signing with clear client proposals.
