Accenture Song seeks a PXM Functional Lead to own PIM design and business enablement for end-to-end product data, content, and syndication. The role bridges business stakeholders with delivery teams to ensure usable, scalable PIM implementations that meet client outcomes.

Lead future-state processes, data modeling decisions, and workflows while partnering with the PIM Architect, PM, and client stakeholders to deliver governance, localization, and multi-market support with GenAI-enabled

Qualifications

7+ years in full lifecycle implementations using SDLC methodologies.
5+ years deploying or migrating PIM, DAM, eCommerce, and syndication apps.
3+ years product data modeling (attributes, hierarchies, relationships).
5+ years in functional roles supporting PIM/DAM/eCommerce solutions (Salsify, Syndigo, Akeneo, inRiver, Informatica P360, Stibo STEP, 1WorldSync).

Responsibilities

Lead functional discovery of current-state product data, content, and onboarding processes.
Define future-state PIM processes, workflows, and governance aligned to business goals.
Translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories for configuration.
Guide PIM workflow configuration, validations, permissions, and enrichment rules.
Ensure integration of PIM with DAM, ERP, commerce, and syndication platforms from a functional view.
Act as primary functional escalation point and support change management, training, and adoption.
