Job summary

Inriver is seeking a Principal Business Solutions Architect to join our team in the United States. You will diagnose client data operations, design PIM solutions at enterprise scale, and hand the plan to Implementation Consultants while staying accountable for build outcomes.

You'll work across marketing, data management, regulatory, and logistics teams, shape BSA development and client‑facing strategy, run discovery sessions, workshops, and steer projects from pre‑sale through go‑live with

Qualifications

• Commercial acumen and emotional intelligence.
• Solution architecture experience in SaaS (PIM/commerce/DAM/MDM preferred).
• Strong technical proficiency with APIs/integrations.
• Fluency in the ecommerce tech stack and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Enterprise consultancy capability and hands‑on in build.
• Career-building track record with longer tenure.
• Around 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PIM solution design on an enterprise scale — data models, business processes, integrations, and governance frameworks.
• Hand implementation-ready, de-risked scope to the pod's Implementation Consultant(s), and remain their first point of technical escalation through delivery.
• Own the technical calls on build, design, and scope questions post-signing, ensuring clear proposals reach the client.
• Stay engaged after go‑live as a trusted advisor to spot next service packages.
• Review existing implementations and turn findings into recommendations.
• Run workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews across the full customer journey.
• Coach BSAs across the region on strategy and craft.
• Design and lead structured experiments to improve team efficiency and outcomes.
• Represent Client Solutions on client SteerCos for medium‑to‑large engagements.
• Work with the Director of Client Solutions to shape annual Client Solutions strategy.
