Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a PIM Manager to own and optimize the Product Information Management platform, ensuring accurate, complete data across eCommerce, marketing, and operations. You will drive governance, standards, and adoption with cross-functional partners.

You will translate business requirements into scalable PIM solutions, oversee data quality, and lead workflows from content creation to syndication across channels, while collaborating with Product, Marketing, IT, and Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PIM/PDM/Digital Commerce.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise PIM platforms (Salsify, Akeneo, Inriver, Syndigo, Informatica).
• Strong governance, taxonomy, and data quality expertise.
• Able to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional owner and administrator of the PIM platform and workflows.
• Define product data standards, validation rules, and content readiness requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into platform solutions.
• Lead implementations, enhancements, and data transformation initiatives.
• Monitor data quality and drive continuous improvement and adoption.
