Life Time, Inc. is seeking a dedicated pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programs, and to coordinate leagues and mixers. You will cultivate a positive, member-centered learning experience and grow your personal book of business to help meet department goals.

Responsibilities include on-court instruction, developing safe and comprehensive lessons, organizing tournaments and events, and collaborating with membership teams to drive program participation and referrals.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and friendly attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles.
• Strong communication, time management and organization skills.
• Able to work with all age groups and build member relationships.

Responsibilities

• Teach private and group pickleball lessons with a focus on technique, tactics and strategies.
• Teach on court ~30+ hours per week.
• Create engaging programs, tournaments and events for members.
• Collaborate with Membership Advisors to integrate pickleball into Life Time branding.
