Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Case Managers and Legal Assistants.
• Develop case management protocols to improve efficiency.
• Review personal injury claims and assess viability.
• Provide legal guidance to Case Managers on strategy.
• Monitor case quality and department workflows.
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate with litigation team.
• Build relationships with medical providers and attorneys.
