Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Nevada personal injury law as a paralegal or case manager.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of Nevada personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, medical appointments, and expert consultations.
• Negotiate liens and medical bills to maximize client recovery.
• Mentor and support the Phoenix team as the office expands.
